By accessing or using MapMyWealth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

MapMyWealth provides personal financial tracking, portfolio aggregation, and analytics tools. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features of MapMyWealth are available only with a paid "Pro" subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

MapMyWealth is a personal wealth tracker designed for educational, analytical, and informational use only. We do not operate as a registered investment, financial, tax, or legal advisor under the Central Bank of Ireland or any EU regulatory authority. All calculated metrics, historic performance summaries, and automated AI suggestions are estimates. Under no circumstances shall MapMyWealth or its solo creator be liable for financial losses, investment drawdowns, or damages arising from decisions made based on this software.

6. Statement Import & File Uploads

MapMyWealth allows you to upload financial statements (such as CSV or PDF files) to track your holdings. By uploading statements, you guarantee that you have the right to process this data. File parsing is handled locally in your browser or securely processed by our AI parsing engine where applicable. We do not store or retain raw statement files after data extraction.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, your relationship with the software, and any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ireland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
